First Friday: Behind the Scenes of “Set at Liberty”

Our monthly lunch talk will highlight our online exhibit Set at Liberty which examines the history of enslaved people in Beverly. The exhibit features several stories of enslaved individuals who lived in Beverly as well as the growth of abolitionism. A rare behind-the-scenes opportunity to see some of the documents that pertain to these individuals and organizations up close. $10/free for members. Bring your lunch; we’ll provide drinks. Program is 45 minutes.
